Creativity is one of the most powerful forces in life, giving us strength, joy, and energy. In Body & Soul, we asked women working in fashion, film, and music to share how they feel about their bodies and inner selves. This issue challenges the way women are often judged by their appearance and celebrates how we can rise above societal expectations to embrace positivity, self-love, and authenticity.

At the time of creating this issue, light skin retouching was used to align with our creative vision. Since then, HEY GIRL has grown and evolved, and we now embrace a no-retouching policy to celebrate individuality and authenticity more fully.
